Manufacturing

  Our Process

Our in-house manufacturing plant is conducive for the entire switchboard fabrication process.  The process begins when metal sheets are sheared, punched, bent and modeled into frame covers and metal parts. These metal parts are then powder coated and assembled into panels. Electrical components such as housing switches and bus bars are then placed inside the panels to achieve the overall design and structure of an electrical switch board. The design of our switchboards has been refined to achieve its present modular system.

STEP 1
Design Cad
Our team of qualified engineers and artists plan the switchboard design. We tailor these designs according to client specifications. We generate custom-made designs through our in-house CAD facilities.

Step 2
Drawing Approval
Clients are given the prerogative to evaluate the design before it is brought into production. Changes or alterations requested will be implemented immediately.

Step 3
Sheet Metal fabrication
Our complete metal processing facilities have shearing and bending machines which enable us to cut and crop metal sheets into desired forms. These metal sheets are assembled to create switchboard exteriors.

Step 4
Metal coating
For aesthetic purposes, permanent coating is applied to the surface after the basic structure of the switchboard is formulated. Unlike conventional paint films, the applied coating will not crack easily. Clients can choose the color of the panel board coating.

Step 5
Mechanical Assembly
Switchboard materials are assembled through die casting. This process of casting metal under pressure guarantees accurate dimensional capacity and surface potency.

Step 6
Provision for bus bar extension
A variety of electrical components such as housing switches and bus bars are then placed inside the panels. The present modular system is designed to accommodate large quantity of small and medium electrical parts.

Step 7
Final quality Control
Our products undergo rigorous quality assurance tests. Functional and operational tests are conducted to determine possible product flaws. Primary and secondary injecting tests are also implemented.

Step 8
Delivery
To avoid further inconveniences, our services include product transportation.
